Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inventory issues, payment verification, or suspected fraud.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using a third-party carrier.

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days
(Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.)

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Any circumstances beyond our control

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment

Lost or Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked as β€œDelivered” by the carrier:

  • Sensory Cares is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages
  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or bulk orders

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if items do not meet return conditions

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled
  • It must follow the return process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos).

We will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first for any issue.

Opening a chargeback or dispute without contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence to payment processors to dispute such claims.
